There’s so much happening at South Dakota Mines this October that it deserves a new name—ROCKtober! The excitement begins with the Hardrocker Golf Classic and continues through an incredible weekend featuring soccer, volleyball, the 2026 Hardrocker Hall of Fame, and concludes with The Black Hills Brawl vs. that team from up north.

Start the weekend on the course and join fellow Hardrocker alumni, fans, friends, and supporters for a great day of golf and Hardrocker pride. Register as an individual or a team, and secure your spot before the tournament fills up.

The Hardrocker Golf Classic will be a 4-person scramble. Each entry includes:

Weather Disclaimer — Because It’s ROCKtober in South Dakota!

We’re planning for a beautiful day on the course, but we also know Mother Nature sometimes has her own plans. If ROCKtober decides to really rock and a full-on blizzard or other severe weather keeps us off the course, the Hardrocker Golf Classic will still go on!

We’ll move the fun indoors to the King Center and Golf Simulator for an indoor tournament, lunch, and plenty of Hardrocker camaraderie. Rain, shine, or snow, we’ll find a way to get together, have some fun, and kick off an unforgettable ROCKtober weekend.

The weather may change the course, but it won’t stop the Rockers!
